We select large pool of students from various aviation institutions/academies acrosss India, Nepal and the Middle East and train them with carefully designed time-bound programs in collaboration with our international partner flying schools/clubs. We operate on a competitive pricing model so as to ensure profitability and credibility of these institutions/academies and benefit of the students. We also assist students with job placements.

Our Founder
Naveen Pal is the founder of ILS9 Aviation Inc. A Canadian citizen, he is based in Toronto, Canada. He is responsible for setting the strategic vision and direction for the organization. His abounding aviation experience of 19 years has been central in shaping the overall strategy for the company.
Prior to this, Naveen has worked with Air Canada, Lufthansa, Swiss Air, Sun Wings and Alitalia. His responsibilities primarily included flight operations, fleet management, strategy planning and route planning. He is a strong combination of leadership acumen and industry experience and embodies the best qualities of a successful entrepreneur. Naveen envisions ILS9 Aviation as becoming a premier training organization globally.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
